The collaboration with IBS Hospitals — the first of what we hope will be many such partnerships aimed at widening our network of Epidural Stimulation centres — will be made official this December, 2018. It comes after months of due diligence, including multiple visits by UAM’s team of experts to the world-class IBS facilities in New Delhi.
While our state-of-the-art facility in Bangkok, Thailand, will continue to be the flagship treatment centre, UAM’s collaboration with IBS Hospitals provides spinal cord injury sufferers from around the world with another destination for advanced procedures, and effectively doubles the number of surgeons, scientists, and rehabilitation specialists devoted to improving their lives.
